Consulting
Our consulting services guide restaurants and institutional kitchens in more sustainable ways of operating. We focus on incremental, cost-effective strategies that increase quality and operational efficiencies. Our list of clients includes institutional kitchens at individual schools, entire school districts, hospitals, museums, and prisons.
We’re in a period of explosive growth and we’re looking for people to join the team who are as excited as we are to partner with institutions looking to improve their foodservice operations for the better of people, planet and profit.
Foodservice
Our school meal program services the Chicago area with fresh, scratch-cooked foods that kids love, made in a zero-waste kitchen. Our fast-paced kitchen acts as our test kitchen for our consulting program allowing us to have fun testing kitchen efficiencies, tasting new recipes and striving past the current reality into a new vision for foodservice.
